Friday Fitness – “I Can’t Do It” Motivating Ourselves By Absolutely Fit Studio

Hi I hope you are all having an AWESOME week so far and are ready for a successful week ahead! I thought i’d direct this post towards the driving factor of reaching any health goal, or any goal that we want to achieve. Today’s motivation is about be dedicated and driven towards accomplishing your goals!
’I can’t do it!!’
Ever said that? Yeah, me too.
And at the time I never really knew the true impact of what I was saying. Because those 4 words are instant dream killers. It’s only when I progressed deeper into my self development I realised the knock on effect it has on me and the people around me.
I see this in a lot of our online clients, the second you say you can’t do something, guess what. You can’t. It’s as simple as that. Now I’m not saying there won’t be things in your life you can’t do, that would be ridiculous. What I’m saying is your attitude around the things you can’t do should change.
When people come up against a problem or a boundary they can’t cross it’s so simple and so easy to just say ‘I can’t do it’ and then give up. And hey, people will even tell you, you did your best and not to worry because you just couldn’t do it.
But that’s not the case, is it. It’s an excuse.
No matter what the problem there is ALWAYS a solution. Question is, have you looked hard enough for it?
This is why it’s so important to have a good mentor and a group of like minded peers to help you on your journey, two heads are better than one.
So whatever the problem is, tell yourself you can do it or you can find a way to do it, because if you keep that mindset you will succeed.
Whatever it takes, find a way and find a solution.
Let me tell you! When looking ahead in your life and business we see so many obstacles and challenges in-front of us, even if they are very far away. Even when you have a deep burning passion for something it can be hard to express to the world what you have to offer.
So many people give up on their goals because they lead themselves to believe that they cannot do it and it is not going to happen for them, especially when they realise how much work it is going to take.
But that is the differences between someone who is successful and someone who is not end!
I’m sure you’ve heard the term, Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever.
No matter how big of a task or how hard of a task you have in-front of you, if you keep going you will eventually overcome it. Even if you are making extremely slow progress, that is still progress you are making.
PRAISE and THANK YOURSELF for every bit of progress you make no matter how small, for it is the accumulation of all the small steps that make it seem as if you have made a GIANT LEAP!
Whenever you feel like giving up, remember that Coca Cola only sold 9 servings a day in it’s first few years, in comparison to today it now sells 1.9 BILLION servings a day. Famous author J.K Rowling had her “Harry Potter” novels rejected by publishers 12 times, and now she is the wealthiest author in history!
What truly inspiring stories! I love stuff like that!  It just goes to show you what is possible if you stay true to what you have dedicated yourself to and never give up.
Even in the most overwhelming of odds, hard work, persistence, commitment and dedication ALWAYS pay off!
