The Morning Show – TV Series As Seen By Raj-Bitu Kang

The Morning Show: So, Apple TV has jumped onto the bandwagon and has started to present us with TV Series and movies as well. I don’t know how we are going to keep pace or keep up with the cost? Another streaming service.

Apple had a lot to live up to with this show. It has been in production for two years and has been widely talked about. The Morning Show was going to be key to the whole Apple streaming service. The pressure is on!

When The Morning Show premiered in November, critics were not all kind to Apple TV+’s debut offering, but as the Jennifer Aniston/Reese Witherspoon starrer unfolded over the course of 10 episodes, audience scores skyrocketed. This once again highlights people power over critics!

Review By Raj-Bitu Kang: The Morning Show definitely looked interesting and it certainly has had a lot of hype around it and I can see why. There is an excellent line up of stars and the subject is interesting as it touches upon the well known #metoo movement.
Both Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon are great. They both play well alongside one another, without one outshining the other. Steve Carell certainly surprises you and Billy Crudup still has me guessing on what type of character he is.
Is it great? The jury is out on that. Is it interesting throughout? Yes! it lures you in bit by bit.
The Morning show is not perfect, not by any means, but it is so watchable. Compelling TV? Like I said its not the most amazing piece of TV, yet its ability to drag you in is pretty unique.
As far as episodes go, each one is pretty much a solid seven. So do not expect to be blown away when you first watch it, but do give it at least 3 shows out of the 10. Those sevens will then rise to eights the longer you watch it.
Now, let us see where season two takes us.
