The fight is seen as a step up for Vijender. Adamu has fought some of the biggest names in the super middleweight division; the list includes world champions like Carl Froch, George Groves, Rocky Fielding, and Billy Joe Saunders. Charles Adamu is now 42 and his last bout was in 2016.
The duration in terms of rounds hasn’t been confirmed yet, the fight is expected to be either an eight-rounder or a ten-rounder.
Vijender who stopped local hopeful Mike Snider in his US debut in July told us “This is a wonderful opportunity for me to showcase my skills and to keep active as I continue my world title quest.
